New Democracies suffer from non-inclusion into European community. Lack of soft skills prevent people from finding path to partnership with European peers, gaining already existing expertise. Negotiations in business fail due to misunderstanding. Democratic initiatives are rejected due to misinterpretation on behavioral level. Educational project on TV would allow mass audience to learn rules of effective communication, underlining the importance of Business Etiquette for successful development
Kyiv, Ukraine; Warsaw, Poland;
The world is small. Effective European collaboration means respectful communication on various levels, setting common goals, building happy future together. The Old Europe demonstrates democratic traditions applied in every sphere of life. We need to lspeak the same language to be good neighbors.
The project will result in a pilot TV program for the audience both in Ukraine and Poland. We will twist the point of view of people from “win-lose” to “win-win” in political, social and business relationships. We will teach people why democratic approach could be right and profitable for everybody.
KROK Alumni Association together with Kiev School of Etiquette and volunteers from Warsaw Film School have l investigated the market, developed strategy and drafted scenarios for the pilot TV programs in countries. We have found partners on TV channels ready to provide a platform for a cycle of programs in the future. The funding will help us start implementing the project. The importance of Code of Conduct for DEMOCRACY will be said loudly for the country wide audience
Ukraine is breaking its path to the European community. It is not an easy way of reforms and challenging projects. We are hard workers and deserve better future. Our Association members represent the country model. They want to speak international language - the language of democracy and respect.
Successful people facing communication problems with partners locally and abroad due to lack of soft skills. The educational TV program will be a tool for them to learn, exchange ideas and win. Having ethic approach in business will mean no corruption, no bribe, fair trial, clear management rules.
