Center for integration of proactive educators, kids and parents in order to foster the Talents' growth.
Education impacts on democracy, socio-economic development, rule of law at the country.
Our long-term objectives:
- to enhance interaction between education, business and other stakeholders and develop children' and youth' creativity
- to become a market leader in the development, operation, support and hosting of training platforms for schooling system
- to form pool of high-qualified teachers who would be able to use different innovative teaching methods and grow talented society
- to grow citizens of the World with european democratic values.
We clearly understand that we can spread our activities on other countries as soon as we would have positive feedback here, in Ukraine.
A year from now we will have growing communities of proactive educators in different cities (approximately 5-15), which would start a vivid movement. They will be the change agents in their schools who would impact on the way we teach in order to appreciate the talent of every student.
Our online-platform will connect hundreds of educators from different regions, whose content will empower children to learn and also unite parents and kids in order to build better relations in the families and establish quality communication between teachers and parents.
Such activities as unconference and learning programs, different workshops all around for this community would create a network of people who will improve education system for the better.
Building community of educators:
1) Start of learning program “Pro.Skills” for teachers - we have started in Lviv on 14th of April
2) Spread learning program on other cities within a year by finding active people in those cities (goal - min 5, max - 15)
3) Start to form active communities of teachers by learning programs.
Building a vivid movement:
1) Creation an online-tool for distance education for teachers, kids and parents - supported by IT company which is working in this field
2) Connection of physical communities of educators on the on-line platform
3) Creation of the content for educators, kids, parent
