Anthology series about human rights and related current issues (modern slavery, discrimination, migration, bullism, domestic violence, "children left behind"). Each episode uses a different audio-visual style (eg. theatrical, video-art) and treats a different theme in a different geographical area. Our goal is to spread information and raise awareness while creating empathy through a mix of compelling storytelling and detailed data.
series available online & tv + special screenings in theatres/schools etc. followed by discussion
Our project will influence our audience by informing them about contemporary issues superficially treated by the mainstream media. We want to fight ignorance and indifference in order to improve human rights fulfillment, which is a keystone for democracy.
After a worldwide distribution and an extensive promotional campaign we expect to complete the first step towards active campaigning for neglected human rights.
1) preproduction, shooting and postproduction of the series
2) distribution via different channels
3) promotion and implementation of the NGO international network
Everyone is in his own way touched by discrimination. All of the authors of the series have been in different ways touched by injustice, so our mission is not to remain silent, but to speak up and fight the indifference.
Obviously we want to reach the widest audience possible, but our primary target are the youngsters.
We are open to more stories and issues. We welcome partnership and cooperation proposals.
