We are receiving support in terms of pedagogy for from two USA institutions: the Harvard Kennedy School of the Harrvard University and the Media Lab of the Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT).

Idea pitch

The Lab will offer a Fellowship aiming at creating a pan-European community of passionate and talented Europeans willing to deliver campaigns on the ground to support the European unification. Fellows are expected to design and deliver pro-Europe campaigns on the field and they will be coached by professional mentors throughout the process. We will realize an online immersive documentary-series that will follow the the transformational journey of the Fellows.

Where will your idea take place?

The workshops will take place in Berlin, Madrid, Paris. The campaigns throughout Europe.

Why does Europe need your idea?

Europe is threatened by internal and external forces that want to tear it apart. Yes Europe Lab’s Fellowship is a unique experience through which innovative high-impact pro-Europe pro-Europe learnt by doing.

What is your impact?

In one year, we will have trained two cohorts of 40 Fellows to lead high visibility civic action campaigns across the continent. And through the web series which will follow Fellows discovery journey, we anticipate reaching several million Europeans citizens from around the continent.

How do you get there?

Following in-depth pedagogical research and development performed in collaboration with renowned practitioners, academics and experts from Harvard and MIT with decades of experience, our Fellowship has been structured as a revolving six-month program. It is built around a combination of physical workshops (3), distance learning and personalized mentoring. The program has been designed to ensure each students eventually becomes a trainer and mentor to maximize scalability.

What is your story?

We are a group of Europeans committed to deliver the next stage of European unification. We are pan-European at birth, beyond national borders. We created the Lab as a home for all pro-European “agents of change” to gather, build communities, experiment, and develop agency over the future of Europe

Who are you doing it for?

We are developing a community of Europeans committed to defending and promoting the Union across the continent. Engaging Eurosceptics is crucial to bring together and grow this community as they muster the courage to pierce out of the pro-EU bubble with a sincere will to engage, understand, convince

What do you need from the Advocate Europe community?

All the constructive critiques and suggestions are welcome. We are looking for new ideas on new innovative pro-Europe campaigns.
