Idea Sketch

Idea pitch

What is considered as public space and to whom the access is not allowed? Which is the correct ethics of sex, nutrition or death? Who controls the disciplined societies?
Whether you are an "expert" or not, can you find evidence to make a point?
The goal is not only to express an opinion but to render an argument. Can you persuade someone?
Two associates, a fair judge, an assistant, four saboteurs and two opposing "camps" look for the answer for the world we dream of!

Why does Europe need your idea?

In the Ancient Agora active participation in a debate for the future of the city was an honor for the citizens. What happens in the era of internet? Our proposal is an open dialogue on issues over current concerns, integrating the European voices so as to create more tolerant citizens.

What is your impact?

Our goal is to involve as many citizens as possible from all over the world, of different professional and cultural backgrounds. Moreover, we attempt to become a qualitative instrument, so as the different voices to reach the European governments and to inspire them for new changes.

How do you get there?

As a tool for research projects and rhetorical exercises, it will be presented at University departments. Subsequently it will be promoted to the high schools in order to familiarize students with topical issues, the scientific methodology and to be an active part of the procedure. As a next step, we approach Organizations who would like to use the research results regarding the topics of their interest or to create new topics. Finally, the game will be massively promoted in the social media.

What is your story?

We support democracy, dialogue and incorporation. We are scientists, professionals, skilled workers, unemployed. But above all, we are citizens who are concerned about the worldwide future and we want our concerns to be heard.

Who are you doing it for?

The game is mainly focused on students, academicians or social professionals, but also on those who are interested in the various issues that are raised. Additionally, it could be appealing to Governmental and Non Governmental Organizations who would like to co-create with us.

What do you need from the Advocate Europe community?

From NGOs: whether they would like to participate with a topic in which they are involved or they are developing a future strategy. From everyone: if they are fond of exchanging their scientific views on a subject of their specialty or if they would like to play by expressing their opinion.
