The project is unique in terms of the prevailing situation in Ukraine today. The issue proposed for discussion needs urgent attention not only in regional, but in All-Ukrainian and international level. Innovative component is the ability to predict organizational and financial resources, that would be required, if the situation remains unresolved soon and the need for a new look at the distinction between «internal displaced person», «migrant» and «refugee».
