For 5 days, per year, the festival aims to find a new language for the European art world and to preserve the cultural heritage. A team of young artist and producers will actively search for project proposals and candidates in Romania and Europe. A campaign online will be active for the all year. Partnership will local and international institutions that will facilitates the organisation of the festival, increasing the team depending on the schedule for each day of the festival.
The young generations of interdisciplinary artists, the artists and producers with a classical view on art that can wider their perspectives. The art public, the schools, high schools and universities who will receive invitations for certain screenings and events. The audience interested in new technologies and the way that interacts with art and our realities.
The purpose of the festival is not only to be a meeting place, but to build year after year a new identity for the European cultural world and a new language for the ideas of European community.
