Europe is called to integrate the diversity of all people. We imagine a weaving of diverse people, deep dialogue, many art and social forms to build a generative practice to navigate disruptive changes, while strengthening and healing our communities.
The complexity of the situation, the individual & collective dynamics and political & historical injustice are too big for any person, or any methodology to handle; transdisciplinary collaboration including participatory action-research is needed.
Europe (North and South)
Today’s systemic crisis is fueled by the personal, communitarian and national dis-functionalities, expressed through a weak ability to reflect & find new solutions; resistance to act; insecurity, anxiety related with diversity issues (migrants); disconnection from ourselves, family and neighborhoods. Similar problems in societal sectors: working in silos, a distance from reality. Social innovation is unequipped to deal with historic, inter-cultural and -generational dynamics, so problems repeat.
