Idea pitch

The main objective: is creation of powerful networking platform for improving of high-Impact Innovation Management skills of youth which will stimulate of using of innovative technologies for improvement in living standards. The project's activities are:
1. International Summer schools;
2. Short-term study visits to innovative SMEs of Ruhr area;
3. IT learning platform for developing business skills.
Project based on knowledge triangle: science, education and innovative SMEs.

Why does Europe need your idea?

Problems: low Innovative Management skills, barrier between science and social market needs, low level of cooperation between HEI/RDI and SMEs, small interest to science among youth.
The project aim is bringing of new innovative ideas to education process, improving the acquired knowledge and increasing abilities of science and higher education to meet up-to-date needs of society. The project has a strong international component that will help Ukraine to integrate into Europe.

What is your impact?

Project’s activities will open the following opportunities for young scientists/HEI students:
-Enhancing of High-Impact Innovative Management skills;
-Development of the person, openness to new innovative ideas meeting the society’s needs and creativity in their implementation;
-Understanding of modern process for entrepreneurship skills development “From theory to practice”;
-Establishment of professional relationships for future career opportunities.

How do you get there?

Young scientists and HEI students will be selected on a competitive basis (30 for the Summer Schools and 15 for study visits). Selected winners will be provided with grants that will allow their participation in the Summer Schools (lectures and round table discussions, printed program and materials, book of abstracts, accommodation) and grants for study visits to innovative SMEs of Ruhr area (travel costs and accommodation). The courses will be given on a basis of specially developed online programs with the use of innovative training tools and techniques that will help everyone to reach their maximum potential and talent. Online courses will be developed in accordance with modern realities involving international experts. As result these youth can be workers of innovative-oriented SMEs.

- Networking with the leading experts of the IT-industry for developing business skills;
- New interesting and useful contacts.
