The idea of this project is to create (start up) and develop an informational and analytical website in the areas of European law and Ukrainian law. This website shall contain news and analytics (articles, expert blogs, summaries of legislation etc.) in the areas of the European Union law, the European Court of Human Rights law, the Ukrainian law and the Euro-integration of Ukraine. The website shall be in Ukrainian and English, but it also may have versions in other languages.
Our project is related to an increased interest of Ukrainians and Europeans in information in the areas of European and Ukrainian laws. After the entry into force of the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement the Ukrainian market has become more open for Europe, thus enhancing the interest of Europeans and European legal entities in Ukraine. At the same time due to the Euro-integration processes many Ukrainians are interested in living, studying, conducting business and other activities in Europe.
This project is aimed at permanent and systematical online provision of information in the areas of European and Ukrainian laws and the EU-Ukraine integration processes. One of the main goals of the project is to enhance the cooperation between Europe and Ukraine and European integration of Ukraine via online information in the abovementioned areas. A successful outcome of this project is a fully functional online multilingual website, which regularly provides news and analytics in these areas.
The website shall be created, maintained and filled with the information under the supervision of the project managers. First of all, the website shall be constructed and maintained by web-programmers (it-administrators) and web-designers hired for this project. Then, the website shall be filled with the information (news and analytical material) researched, prepared and provided by the project managers, their assistants and hired personnel. Also, European and Ukrainian researches, human rights defenders and lawyers will be able to register on the website and publish their articles in the areas of European and Ukrainian laws in analytics (experts/ blogs) section of the website. Also, the project team will build partnership relations with organizations, companies, websites in above areas.
