About 49% of the population of Belarus live below the poverty line, that is, can not afford to pay for clean water, sewerage and heating large amounts of money from here and there are constant conflicts between consumers and suppliers, and considering that the suppliers are public organizations, is one of the objectives our project is to create a buffer zone in the form of non-governmental organizations, who will try to reconcile the two sides.
Our idea is the best, because many people use water without thinking about the future, our country is rich in water resources, but no one is making efforts to save water (water losses 82 thousand cubic meters per year).
