A tour with the musician Alex Stolze lead us to the ex jungle of calais where we successfully donated a concert under open skies in the forbidden camps in the bushes. We aim to make such events on a greater scale to bring the microphones to the closed boarders and give the people a real sender. As important to teach the utopian lecture to the europeans and record it in a logbook. They have to act with their souls to celebrate actions of basic humanity again to strengthen the powers of democracy.
Calais and all other Boarders of Europe.
We took the stage, sang together, made it viral. Music is an influencer and joines people that are far from politics, it takes along the anxious citizen with prejudices. Making this emotional act an intellectual lecture, we give the european idea and its elaborated but callous democracy sense back.
Outcome. We toured with musicians along the boarders of Europe to bring many to the outermost edge in real and in an idealistic view. We brought positive and serious pictures and filled it with hope. If europeans act in humanity for good reasons intellectually they are able to practise democracy.
We already tested our idea and it worked out very well. So we only have to make it bigger: collect musicians, plan the tour route to social flashpoints like Calais, Lampedusa, Moria Camp, asylum centers but also to the sad and wasted areas on the fringes of the cities. Hire busses, advertise, sing communicate with the public and document it both: the beauty and the contextual outcome. The technical aspects have been clarified (generators/pads/mixing pults for a nomadic set). We can start now.
Visiting Calais Camp: there is no happy vision. Only a microvision, a very small flame. It leaves a glimmer of hope on the retina, as does Abel’s (9 year old child from Eritrea) secretly lit and blown out match. „Hide it! It is a secret.“. I carry it in my pocket as a symbolic agreement ever since.

We wish to be looked at open minded. We would rather get a clear thought than a compliment. In the way Wittgenstein said: “Everything that can be thought at all can be thought clearly. Everything that can be said can be said clearly.”
