“The biggest dream” of our project is to teach Ukrainian people the art of solving conflicts through innovative mechanism of dialogue instead of using weapons, tires and garbage cans.

Europe needs our idea because its implementation will help to stabilize Ukraine, to reduce the level of aggression and conflicts in the Ukrainian society, to make easier the implementation of reforms and, as result, to make Ukraine a full, constructive member of the European family. Our idea is different from the others in that it offers an innovative and flexible mechanism for reducing aggression and conflict resolution in the Ukrainian society, what is a fundamental condition for the successful implementation of the European way of development of Ukraine. We would like to notice that the mechanism of dialogue is so versatile that can be successfully used in any country of the world, as well as a positive experience that will be gained in the framework of our project.
The results and impact of the project will be complex and will have a national and local dimension.
At the national level a new impetus for the promotion and introduction of innovative mechanism of dialogue will be given. The specific measures for institutionalization of dialogue mechanism as a major and generally accepted as a tool for resolving conflicts by all players will be taken for the first time. Local measurement of impact and results of the project will include the following aspects. These are: 3 teams of 16 trained facilitators from 3 regions of Ukraine, dozens of resolved conflicts within the project and many more of them in the future, signed memorandums with local authorities about the involvement of facilitators in resolving conflicts and also the results will include the ch
We plan to implement our project within a year from June 2015 to May 2016.
The first stage is the selection and training of 3 teams of future facilitators (16 people in each one) in 3 Ukrainian regions - Volyn, Sumy and Odessa.
The second stage: facilitators under the guidance of their mentors practice in resolving conflicts in their communities.
The third one: popularization and implementation of the dialogue mechanism among the authorities and the population of these regions - 6 press conferences, 3 workshops, presentations, media, meetings with authorities on the preparation of regulations and memorandums about the implementation of dialogue mechanism and involvement of facilitators from the project and also signing the documents.
