Creating a pilot system of cooperation between NGOs of Ukraine, Poland and Czech Republic based on the cooperation of euroregions - - Carpathian and Glacensis - in order to share experiences and best practices of regional development and crossborder cooperation

Cross-border and Euroregional cooperation has for over 50 year been an effective tool to erase borders in Europe, to overcome stereotypes, to smooth out the levels of life of the inhabitants of the border regions of neighboring countries. Ukraine since independence has taken steps directed towards establishing itself as a European state. Europe needs Ukraine as a neighbor with clear standards of civil society that are created and can be created by enhancing the role of NGOs in the processes of regional development and cross-border cooperation. We hope that through this project Ukraine's desire to assert itself as a European state will be one step closer, and partners from Poland and the Czech Republic will receive adequate proposals for cooperation for the development of border regions.
The result of the project will be the creation of the model of euroregional cooperation of the organisations form the EU and neighbouring countries in order to coordinate efforts in the field of cross-border cooperation. NGOs form the border regions of Ukraine, Poland and the Czech Republic will receive the tools and models of cooperation and a list of potential partners. The results of the project will be: 1 formed model of euroregional cooperation system in border regions within the 3 states, at least 60 NGOs engaged in cooperation within the system, a database of NGOs from the border regions of Ukraine, Poland and the Czech Republic, as well as information and communication tools (1 Online Portal) for the partners search and familiarization with the best practices of NGOs within Euroreg
- study visit of representatives of 10 Ukrainian NGOs to Poland and the Czech Republic to present best practices euroregional Polish-Czech cooperation
- creating an online portal to share information concerning the euroregional cooperation system, best practices of NGOs in border regions and partner search
- creation a database of NGOs and their best practices for the benefit of border communities and its publication (200 copies)
- international conference in Ukraine "How to make effective cooperation for border communities" (60 participants, 2 days), presentation of Euroregional cooperation system
