Idea pitch

A service that randomly connects citizens of Europe through a webcam. The two main focuses are, on the one hand, to connect you with people from other countries (for example, to meet a local on the country you are visiting) and on the other, to help you learn a new language or perfect your skills.

Why does Europe need your idea?

We need better ways to connect with other europeans, we need to promote multiculturality and learning other languages to open up new opportunities for us, as well as connecting with other europeans to create new opportunities.

What is your impact?

Success for us will mean that many people ends up using the service and that it contributes to the reunion and knowledge of other cultures and languages among Europe.

Our aim is to connect people while improving they knowledge and empathy we have towards other european citizens.

This project can have a lot of great uses and impact, like:

· Encouraging european people to know about their fellow citizens.
· Helping people to know more about a place or connect with local people willing to help while traveling.
· Promote diversification and connection and new projects.
· Help in language learning with native speakers while having fun.
· Give a nice hobby to elders among different countries while they help younger people practice their language skills or just give wise advice.

How do you get there?

· Build the service, both in web and app.
· Promote it to national and local organizations as well as elderly associations, high schools, universities, exchange programes and the like.
· Make it grow naturally by word of mouth providing a useful and realiable service.
