- costs of wastewater recícling
- the energy costs of local goernemnts and European citizens
- the use of fossile energy raw materials
- the number of workless people in Europe

INCREASING
- the participation of - economically and efficiently produced(!) - renewable raw materials called BIOMASS in European Energy Resources
- the number of newly established, long term and guaranteed working places in Europe
- intoduction the latest results of innovative renewable energy.

STEPS
1. Forming and registering a smaller company in Stuttgart, Germany at an office building where are available given conditions for professional legal and financial operation of the company, by Gapwork Int. Ltd. & Co.KG.
2. Tendering basic positions for expert which are needed to measure and plan required local projects.
3. Involving local governments which are capable to earn Europen financial support - to exapand the company operation establisment of the mentioned JV BIOMASS projects in close cooperation with them.
