Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine
The problem in Ukraine caused a massive migration to another EU countries such as Poland, Germany, Greece. The brain drain lead to tension on the EU labour market because of increase of cheap manpower. We want to encourage Ukrainians stay and work here, at home, not abroad. Thus, we assume that the project can decrease the labour market tension both in EU and Ukraine.
As a result we expect positive influence on the key aspects of the labour market. For middle-aged persons, who work or worked in the engineering area expects a significant growth of common educational level, knowledge update. This will help to find a job for at least 45% of a studying group (60 persons). In a year we think 120 persons will obtain job or home somewhere in Ukraine according to their specialization. The experience of the project we plan to spread out all over Ukraine and Europe via workshops, conferences and webinars.
- Development of studying courses in management, business-planinng and engineering;
