Armenia and Turkey are Post-Soviet countries. After the collapse of the Soviet Union Armenia acted as an independent country. Possessing both by open borders with Georgia and Iran, Armenia's economy is currently experiencing a deep regression by closed borders. Today, it is important to establish diplomatic relations with neighboring Turkey. After a century of hostility on the economies of the two countries have had and continue to have a negative impact. Our program of innovation lies in the fact that, as 2008 began with the Armenian-Turkish relations soccer, so this program may be the best example, when the two nations begin a dialogue. Peace, dialogue, tolerance, elimination of hate are the best way to establish equality of nations and cultural dialogue.
