Bringing together European cultural actors, social worker, journalists, web documentary writer, to create a toolbox that can be adapted and mobilised to support and develop initiatives in favour of democracy. This toolkit will make it possible to propose participative cultural actions, to create artistic themes and content, to accompany actions developed in different territories (districts, cities), to inform and disseminate these actions outside these territories. Softpower for everybody !

The idea is to show that democracy is invented and defended every day through innovative, little-known local initiatives. This toolkit will make it possible to fight against censorship and to create several local softpower which together will make a difference for a democratic Europe.
Thanks to the toolkit, which will take the form of a platform and workshops in the field, projects may be improved and made visible and stakeholders will acquired new skills which, they in turn will be able to disseminate.
1-Start from the result of the Colab quarter project supported by Creative Europe wich the aim is to invent new models of participative cultural development
2 - Field visits of new partners to enrich the results.
3-Modeling tools combining results form points 1 and 2 + documentary writing and media dissemination tools. Writing online support and creation of workshops
4 - Testing and adjustment in Bulgaria because of the hard democratic conditions and developing with others partner in need
We all work in different fields (cultures, media, public authorities, private companies, social). We are humanists and we cannot accept the degradation of democratic values in Europe. The vitality of democracy depends on our ability to influence and defend local initiatives.
The stakeholders that innovate through local actions promoting democracy. The actors and activists of countries in democratic tension, local populations who are victims of oppression and undemocratic political decisions.
I would like to know whether this proposal is echoed by certain actors. If other proposals of this kind have already been tested, if actors wish to join this dynamic.
