Who is joining forces?

Idea Sketch

Idea pitch

Counselling platform fostering interaction between
-the youth (faced with aggression, bullying, soc. exclusion)
-their minority peers (wanting to offer their emotional support on a voluntarily basis)
We believe that sustained support of children to deal with their fears/emotions raises their self-esteem, helps them become more assertive, & subsequently, lets them create positive change in their lives.
We also believe in involvement/participation of youth to be most effective empowerment tool

Where will your idea take place?

Tbilisi, Georgia

Why does Europe need your idea?

This initiative will connect the citizens of Europe to one another, disregarding their background, profession, or social class. It will unite a heterogeneous group of people and encourage them to a take a stand, get involved and help others - even if they've never considered social activism before.

What is your impact?

This project pushes, encourages and empowers both of the involved groups to become active participants of the democratic movement in Europe. After a year we will have a completely new group of individuals from different European cities connected, and empowered to fight for better future!

How do you get there?

1) Build a platform
2) Create and provide the dedicated training to the ones who want to help
3) Promote the platform among all the different target groups
4) Evaluate the performance of the platform->Acquire feedback from the audience->Analyse the data->Integrate necessary changes

What is your story?

There are people whose life is going to be changed for better if only they had an ear to listen. They, once empowered, will become future generation of social activists of Europe.
There are also individuals willing to contribute & help, but don't have a right platform for it.

Who are you doing it for?

Adolescents of Eastern Europe needing help on one hand, and youth of the west wanting to share their experience and provide support to their peers on the other end.
Even though the big part of beneficiaries will be from various minority groups, the project audience will have almost no limitation.

What do you need from the Advocate Europe community?

How can we attract even more people? Are we forgetting any groups to target?
