In times of great challenges and increasing polarization, democracy needs to evolve. CoCreActive enables everyone to contribute their creativity in an enthusiastic way toward the development of future-safe solutions. Our innovative online/offline participation process solves conflicts, promotes cooperative spirit, and empowers people to jointly experience the emergence of concrete results. Near consensus solutions are jointly borne by all participants and thus easier to implement.
Not only the digital participation can take place everywhere, but the offline gatherings as well.
We approach the people directly: experts and stakeholders. We listen to their priorities and ideas. Together we create solutions that most people can agree with because they contributed, rated, took action, assumed responsibility. Online tools publicize discussions and we sustain a human level.
Fun. Results. Us learning how to take our project to the next level. People learning new social communication/interaction skills. People asking to use those skills in other aspects of their lives. People actively telling others about the project.
We ran the CoCreActive process in Munich on education & digitalization; the output will promote lighthouse projects. We will also use the process to involve hundreds of people in Munich for a sustainability conference. Many perspectives and creative ideas will lead to actions. Participants in those projects will talk to their friends, peers, etc. elsewhere and spark interest in a process that is fun, creative and productive. Then we can address larger groups to scale up (in a fractal mode).
We envision a society that jointly utilizes its potentials to find solutions for the challenges of our time. We cultivate a readiness to integrate various perspectives in a judgement-free way, toward peaceful solutions that consider everyone’s needs.
Our project principally addresses all people. Initially, the primary target groups are active members of civil society, companies & associations, as well as communal policy makers and management.
All kinds of experiences with different participation models and the Systemic Consensus principle.
