The EIE platform is a comprehensive online didactic product intended to study the European experience in inclusive entrepreneurship as the opportunity for extra earnings for the poor and socially disadvantaged groups.
In the conditions of the European integration choice of Ukraine the mentioned platform will give the low-income strata to get acquainted with European business traditions and possibilities for self employment for low-income population, people with special needs, displaced persons.
Nowadays Ukraine faces the challenge of displaced people who have to leave their homes and jobs looking for security and welfare in other regions of the state. That is why the problem of involving low-income strata as well as marginal groups coursed by the political conflicts can be solved by training the mentioned audience to do business in new conditions, which will simultaneously be a solution for unemployment increase and poverty growth.
The main aim of the platform EIE is the dissemination of European experience of creation and development of business through the spread of required knowledge among the masses of poorly protected population, internally displaced persons and persons with special needs. Inclusive entrepreneurship will help raise incomes of vulnerable groups.
The goal is achieved by realization of the following activities: creation of five courses with unified didactic content adapted for the target group in the framework of the Online Educational Platform "EIE"; conduction of promo-tours in Ukrainian towns and round tables for social workers in order to spread information about the Platform among the target group; conduction of learning sessions for participants; final conference with a presentation of a new business by each participant; monitoring of the successfulness of the created projects for a one year after completion of the education. A powerful tool of impact on the target audience should be: the project’s site, the project’s page on social networks (Facebook, Google+, VK), a promotional video on Youtube.
Target groups: low-income strata - will implement creative business ideas using unique intellectual resources and personal skills by means of joining team efforts and individual assets; disabled people - will learn inclusive innovative business practices which is aimed to help in social problems solutions and in getting constant income; internally displaced persons - will find out how through charity and European experience of innovative businesses to solve the social problems.
