Non-Profit Association to Advance Inclusion of Multiple Marginalized People
Aim of the project is to design the competence centers focusing on the key questions of the multidimensionality of equal treatment, discrimination, inclusion and innovation in daily life and work place.
Hamburg, Gremany, EU
Research and transfer design regarding questions of multidimensionality of equal treatment, inclusion and innovation is a new transdisciplinary subject. At present, the European research and development filed is still lacking sustainable and coherent concepts to methodologically account for the complexity of the complex dimensions of equal treatment, diversity, inclusion and economic power structures, as well adequate measures to transfer these into the economy and the society. Furthermore, this also relates to the needed implementation of the European Anti-Discrimination Law, the General Act on Equal Treatment, as well as the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This idea is transferable and expandable.
The goal of the project is the creation of sustainable non-profit centers for the development and coordination of the research & transfer design in Europe. We propose the theoretical and methodological perspective of “assemblage” in the sense of Deleuze’s/Guattari’s “agencement”.
