Nefiks portfolio summarizes a job applicant’s employment history and abilities in a comprehensive way. Most employers in Slovenia are already satisfied how easily they can see the width of the job applicant’s skills.

The unemployment rate for people under 30 years old in the EU is the highest in at least 10 years. Youngsters need completely different skills sets to succeed in the labour market.
EU Committee is looking at our portfolio as one of youth guarantee scheme for the unemployed.
Our portfolio is similar to Youthpass but is limited only for non-formal learning in youth work. While Europass is only a CV template. From portfolio users can print CVs in Europass, while competences from Youthpass certificate can be transferred in portfolio.
Portfolio is well recognized by Slovenian employers and it has been in the country for 10 years. It is also being known as good practice in Brussels.
The project has already a lot of interested potential partners from Croatia, Serbia, Bolgaria and Germany.
Outcomes: (1) an Online portfolio translated in Croatian and Serbian and maybe to other languages if get additional partners; and (2) a programme to educate tutors in partners’ countries.
(1)An electronic tool, which will collect and organize evidence of qualifications that someone is/was undertaking.
(2)Our partners will find 20 unemployed youths (volunteers) who will be educated to promote portfolio on national level. They will get trained to recognize and to teach about employment literacy. They will learn more about career options, garner new professional contacts - as this will shake up their routine of unemployability. They will acquired experiences in public speaking and pitching. Volunteers will play an important role in creating links among schools, communities and enterprises.
Project will be implemented in steps:
1. Partners gathering (introduction and exchanging ideas) and educating partners’ tutors;
2. Developing web site (building web site);
3. Beta testing of the web site;
4. Advertising campaign;
6. Intensive advertising;
We are expecting to have 4 meetings with partners. Kick off meeting will be in Slovenia (on June 2015). At the same time training for partners’ tutors will proceed. Website will be established till September. Second and third meeting will be organized in partner’s country (on February and July 2016). The purpose is to introduce the work so far, to see what to improve. On the last meeting we will discuss our project at the final stages (On March 2016).
