Contemporary ballet for cross-cultural communication between young artists, dancers, musicians.
For Europe, our project can be interesting as a representation of another face of Russia. Many young people have universal values of human rights and liberties, respect nature, history, cultures. This generation has basic knowledge and potential for self-realization and, in future can help Russia to become a civilized European country.
Criticism and return from total to the local, from imperial view to micro-history and identity is important today.
Having a professional humanitarian background , we want
project to uncover opportunities for cultural dialogue between Russia and Europe.
Ballet will present to the Russian audience an intelligible form of contemporary dance
and to the European – unknown details about ‘mysterious Russian soul’ and establish cross-cultural communication
Our goal is to create an open cross-cultural contemporary ballet project, enterprise for young creative people in Russia and Europe to talk about universal values in today's world. The project is to be a platform, provide resources, curatorial support and the opportunity to interact in a team. Creative potential and desire to work is the criteria for participation. The result of our project, we see the birth of a holistic dance performance.
In Russia, the European values are perceived as something has been brought because the copied form , without an understanding of the content .

We plan to make a website and to form a team for one season.
The ballet ‘Mistress of Copper Mountain’, music, costumes, set design is a new interpretation of tradition.
Already we have musical arrangement - a mixture of ethnic and rock, dub, funk, jazz, with accordion and folk instruments, academic avant-garde and soundart.
Suits and hats are composed in handmade author's technique, based on the Scandinavian and Russian modernism, made of ecological materials .
